4728 THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 178
PURSUANT to the Import Control Regulations 1973 (S.R. 1980/246) I, P. E. Donovan, Deputy Secretary of Trade and Industry, acting under delegated authority call tenders for the goods specified below. Tenders close on 8 December 1986 at 5 p.m. and must be received by the Registrar of Tenders by then to be valid.
Instructions for tenderers and the general terms and conditions which apply to the submission and acceptance of tenders are set out in the Guide to Licence Tendering dated November 1986. Tenders should be addressed to the Registrar of Tenders, P.O. Box 3146, Wellington, or be delivered by hand to the First Floor of the Bowen State Building, Wellington. Tenders for Round 42 must reach the Registrar no later than 5 p.m. on 8 December 1986.
These tenders are issued under the new guide notes to import licence tendering dated November 1986.
Please note that the tender for the Footwear Industry Development Plan is for units of a number of pairs of shoes and that the limitation on the number of units which can be won by a single tenderer is retained. There is no provision for the issued of continuity licence for this tender.
Licences will be valid from 1 January 1987 to 31 December 1987.
Tenderers should note that successful bids in any tender number are amalgamated into one invoice, one licence.
