1. ALEXANDER PROPERTIES LAMBTON QUAY LIMITED AND COMPANY, a special partnership carrying on business of property ownership at Wellington hereby gives notice that:

(a) As at the 1st day of March 1986 the capital of the partnership has been increased to one million two-hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) divided into forty-eight (48) units of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) paid as to a further $12,500 in accordance with the terms of the prospectus dated the 16th day of August 1985 and is held by the following special partners in the amounts and to the extent paid opposite their names.
