Land Declared to be Road in Westland County

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The Westland County Council on the 6th day of November 1986.

All that piece of land containing 2.7430 hectares, situated in Blocks X13 and X11, Mount Oneone Survey District, being part Reserve 1633; as shown marked ‘A’ on S.O. Plan 11046, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block IV, Castlepoint Survey District, Masterton County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Masterton County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated with the land in certificate of title No. 20B/1257, subject to section 308 (4), Local Government Act 1974, building line restriction K. 31615, fencing covenant contained in transfer 361331.2 and memoranda of mortgage Nos. 361331.6, 682697.1, 361331.7, 361331.8 and 361331.10, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated with the land in certificate of title No. 19B/1137, subject to building line condition No. K. 38927, Farm Forestry agreement No. 759888, memoranda of mortgage Nos. 345602.3, 411350.1, and 460369.1 and notice of statutory land charge No. 361757.1, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken and to be incorporated with the land in certificate of title No. 20B/1257, subject to section 308 (4), Local Government Act 1974, building line restriction K. 31615, fencing covenant contained in transfer 361331.2 and memoranda of mortgage Nos. 361331.6, 682697.1, 361331.7, 361331.8 and 361331.10, Wellington Land Registry.

Land Taken and Road Stopped in Block XIV, Rangitikei Survey District, Waitomo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be taken pursuant to section 119 (1).

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 119 (1) and 117, declares that the said land taken and stopped road, now known as section 15, Block XIV, Rangitikei Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 35A/57, South Auckland Land Registry, subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.\n
