ADVERTISEMENT OF PETITION

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 7th day of February 1986, presented to the said Court by GERARD THOMAS RODGERS for and on behalf of the Comptroller of Customs; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Blenheim on Monday, the 10th day of March 1986 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on the 31st day of January 1986 at Christchurch was 347.73 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the ruling trigger price of 500 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no retention levy is payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, until further notice.
