NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of New Zealand Steel Ltd. will be held at Mandalay Reception Lounge, Davis Crescent Newmarket, Auckland on the 6th day of March 1986 at 10 a.m. for the purpose of considering and, if though fit, of passing as a special resolution the following:
"That the memorandum of association of the company be altered by:
(a) deleting clause 2 thereof which sets forth the objects and powers of the company and the company shall henceforth have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person, including the powers referred to in section 15A (1) (a) to (h) of the Companies Act 1955;
(b) deleting the proviso to clause 3 thereof."
