PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the

the City of Takapuna and being Stopped Government Road, as

PURSUANT section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown, and pursuant
to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part
of State Highway No. 92.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the Crown and vested in
The Waitotara County Council on the 13th day of February
1986.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of
