Appointments, Promotions, Extensions, Transfers, Resignations,
and Retirements of Officers of the New Zealand Army

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand
Gazette, 30 January 1986, No. 11, page 300, for the last paragraph
under the heading “Territorial Force—Extra Regimental
Employment—Headquarters 3rd Task Force”, please read
“Lieutenant (temp. Captain) Robert Phillip Halkett, Royal N.Z.
Infantry Regiment is posted to the Retired List in the rank of
Captain, with effect from 11 October 1985”.

North-West Nelson State Forest Park—Nelson Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted
by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Most
Reverand Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the
Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part
of the North-West Nelson State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—GOLDEN BAY COUNTY
7874 square metres, more or less, being Section 20, Block IX,
Aorere Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1985, page 3739.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 31st day of January 1986.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted
by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Most
Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the
Schedule hereto as State forest park, which shall hereby form part
of the Kaimai-Mamaku State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MATAMATA COUNTY
351.4270 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 37017, and
being part Okauia 1B Block, situated in Block VIII, Tapapa Survey
District and Block I, Tapapa East Survey District. All New Zealand
Gazette, 1985, page 2170.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 11th day of December 1985.

Retention of the Title “The Honourable”

His Excellency the Governor-General has advised that Her Majesty
The Queen has been graciously pleased to approve the retention of
the title “The Honourable” by

Mr Justice Maxwell Helier VAUTIER
on his retirement as a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand on
8 December 1985 and

Mr Justice Evan Murray PRICHARD
on his retirement as a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand on
17 February 1986.
