Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Lake Tarawera Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Lake Tarawera Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a training camp for ambulance and nursing cadets over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, such land to become Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Cancellation of the Vesting in The Oamaru Borough Council and Revocation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in The Oamaru Borough Council and revokes the reservation as a public utility reserve over that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares the said land to be Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hutt County Council, on the 28th day of August 1986:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the said county and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."
