the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired for a State primary school and shall vest
in the Crown on the 23rd day of October 1986 and pursuant to
sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby declares the portion of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares
that the stopped road shall be added to the land held for a State
primary school described in the First Schedule hereto.
