Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the Hamilton Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Right Honourable Sir Robin Brunskill Cooke, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hamilton Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—TAURANGA COUNTY
2.1043 hectares, more or less, being Section 12, Block IX, Waihi South Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1939, page 1162. S.O. Plan 29572.

Authorising the Christchurch Drainage Board to Reclaim Crown Land from the Heathcote River, Christchurch

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At Wellington this 13th day of October 1986

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Lands and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby authorises the Christchurch Drainage Board to reclaim an area of 2060 square metres, of the riverbed of Heathcote River as shown on plan M.D. 16419 (also known as S.O. 16463 and S.O. 16464) deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington and as more particularly described in the Schedule below.

SCHEDULE

  1. All that parcel of land containing 730 square metres, more or less, situated in Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District being Crown land and being part of the Heathcote River and more particularly shown marked “A” on plan M.D. 16419 (sheet 1) deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

  2. All that parcel of land containing 460 square metres, more or less, situated in Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District, being Crown land and being part bed of the Heathcote River and more particularly shown marked “B” on plan M.D. 16419 (sheet 1) deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

  3. All that parcel of land containing 25 square metres, more or less, situated in Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District, being Crown land and being part bed of the Heathcote River and more particularly shown marked “B” on plan M.D. 16419 (sheet 2) deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

  4. All that parcel of land containing 550 square metres, more or less, situated in Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District, being Crown land and being part bed of the Heathcote River and more particularly shown marked “B” on plan M.D. 16419 (sheet 2) deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

  5. All that parcel of land containing 295 square metres, more or less, situated in Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District, being Crown land and being part bed of the Heathcote River and more particularly shown marked “C” on plan M.D. 16419 (sheet 2) deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.
