NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in the minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 6th day of October 1986, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at 10 a.m. on the 17th day of October 1986, in the Conference Room of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co., Fifth Floor, NZI Building, Grey Street, Tauranga.
Business:
(i) Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and list of creditors.

NEVILLE WAYNE NORWOOD with reference to Palmerston North Pool Specialists (1985) Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 3rd day of October 1986, Neville Wayne Norwood appointed Roderick Thomas McKenzie and James Gerard Jefferies, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Arthur Young, Chartered Accountants, State Insurance Building, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 21st day of March 1985.
