Refusal of Grant for Plant Selectors’ Rights Notice (No. 3909; Ag. P.V. 3/31)

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Plant Varieties has refused the grant for Plant Selector’s Rights as specified in the Schedule to this notice on the grounds that the variety was not sufficiently homogeneous and stable.
