Resumption of Duties by the Governor-General
His Excellency the Governor-General announces that he returned from Australia at 3 p.m. on Thursday, 16 October and has resumed the performance of all the functions of the office of Governor-General.
Accordingly the Right Honourable Sir Robin Brunskill Cooke, K.B.E., President of the Court of Appeal, who assumed office as the Administrator of the Government as from 10.30 a.m. on the 10th day of October 1986 (as evidenced by a notice published in the Gazette* and dated the 10th day of October 1986), has relinquished office as the Administrator of the Government. (By Command.)
