IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of IKA FISHING COMPANY LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington and carrying on the business of a fishing company:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 11th day of September 1986, presented to the said Court by DONALD ANGUS MACLEOD, of Wellington, fisherman; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 22nd day of October 1986 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

UNDER the Charitable Trusts Act 1977, and IN THE MATTER of an application for approval of a scheme under the above Act by the Epsom Presbyterian Church:
TAKE notice that on Thursday, the 14th day of August 1986, pursuant to Part III of the above-mentioned Act the Attorney-General filed in the High Court at Auckland under No. M. 699/86 his approval of a scheme varying the trust contained in the last will and testament of Elizabeth McArthur of Epsom, widow, upon the grounds that it is impracticable or inexpedient to carry out the said trust and that the beneficiary has indicated that it will carry out the provisions of the scheme as approved by the Attorney-General.
The scheme provides for the abandonment of the original purpose of the trust which was to build a new Presbyterian Church at Epsom and its replacement by the application of the trust funds towards the construction of a new manse for the Epsom Presbyterian Church.
A copy of the said scheme may be inspected at the offices of the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland and at the offices of the solicitors for the applicant, Messrs Brandon Brookfield, Sixth Floor, NZI House, 3 Shortland Street, Auckland 1.
The application for approval of the scheme will be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, the 11th day of November 1986 at 10 a.m. in the forenoon. Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required by section 36 (2) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 to give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar of the Court, Eden Crescent, Auckland and to the Attorney-General, 139 Featherston Street, Wellington, and to the applicant, care of Brandon Brookfield, Solicitors, NZI House, 3 Shortland Street, Auckland not less than 7 clear days before that date.
