Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road shall vest in The Franklin County Council
on the 9th day of October 1986.

153 (2) of the Public Works Act 1981, become road, limited access
road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the 9th day
of October 1986.
