PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 3rd day of March 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 March 1986, No. 33 at page 1003 declaring land to be road, road stopped and vested and land taken and vested by omitting from the Seventh Schedule the following:
"1879 Sections 18 and 20; marked 'N2' on S.O. Plan 33718."
