I, Kenneth Harold Pearce Beck hereby terminate the state of Regional Civil Defence Emergency declared in respect of the Nelson Bays Region on the 25th day of January 1986.

The termination of this state of Regional Civil Defence Emergency shall take effect from 12 p.m. on the 26th day of January 1986.
