1. This Order may be cited as the Peria Agricultural and Pastoral Association Incorporated Order 1986 and shall come into force upon the date upon which it is signed by the Governor-General in Council.

2. His Excellency the Governor-General hereby incorporates the members of the Peria Agricultural and Pastoral Association and such persons as shall hereafter be admitted members of the said association and the provisions of the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908 into a body corporate under the style and title of “The Peria Agricultural and Pastoral Association”.

Amending Warrant Appointing a Member of the Bay of Plenty Catchment Commission

PURSUANT to section 13 (5) (b) of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941 and section 25 (j) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the warrant appointing a member of the Bay of Plenty Catchment Commission dated 6 August 1985 and published in New Zealand Gazette of 29 August 1985, No. 160 at page 3728 by deleting the name “Albert Edward Hansen” from the fourth line and substituting the name “Allen Edward Hansen”.

Appointing a Non-Elective Member of The Marlborough Catchment Board

as a non-elective member of The Marlborough Catchment Board for a period of 3 years commencing on the 16th day of January 1986, in place of Ryzard Janusz Bialostocki of Wellington, public servant.
