BASIC LICENCE

Tenders 5073 to 5151 inclusive are a re-tender at the 15 percent of basic licence originally tendered in May 1983. It was decided at that time to allocate the additional basic licence by tender. Import licences won under this arrangement do not however themselves become basic licence i.e. they are not issued as of right hereafter as basic licences.
