Commerce Act 1986

AMENDMENT to Commerce Act notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 August 1986, No. 134 at page 3651.

The reference to the merger and takeover clearance given by the Commission to the proposal notified by Wardley International Ltd., James Capel International Holdings B.V. Wardley International B.V. incorrectly described the name of the transferee. The correct name is Morrow and Benjamin Ltd.

The Northland Regional Planning Scheme Approval Order 1986

Pursuant to sections 15 and 16 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order.

ORDER

1. Title and commencement—(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Northland Regional Planning Scheme: Principal Section) Order 1986.

(2) This Order shall come into force on the 22nd day of September 1986.

2. Principal Section of the Northland Regional Planning Scheme Approval—The Principal Section of the Northland Regional Planning Scheme as prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 by the Northland United Council in 1985 and held in the office of the Commissioner of Works under reference No. NOR25 is hereby approved.

3. Commencement of Principal Section of Northland Regional Planning Scheme—The Principal Section of the Northland Regional Planning Scheme as approved by clause 2 of this Order shall come into force on the 22nd day of September 1986.

Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960 Abilities (North Shore) (Incorporated) Order 1986

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

Pursuant to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment made after consultation with the unions, associations, and organisations referred to in section 5 of the Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. Title—This order may be cited as the Abilities (North Shore) (Incorporated) Order 1986.

2. Exemption—The Abilities (North Shore) (Incorporated), an organisation approved* by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption in respect of its sheltered workshop at 122 Anzac Road, Takapuna, Auckland from:

(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and

(b) The Minimum Wage Act 1945, the Holidays Act 1981, and sections 10 (2) (b) and 15 of the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981.
