Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Featherston County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated with certificate of title No. 28A/986 subject to Statutory Land Charge No. 453355.1 Wellington Land Registry.
