A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 63b(1) of the Forests Act 1949, (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.

Pursuant to the National Roads Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints Murray Keith Burns, an officer of the Ministry of Works and Development, to be a member of the National Roads Board, in place of John Richard Battersby on and after the 18th day of August 1986.
