Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975, in the City of Invercargill

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with and subject to a right of support created by transfer 165848, is hereby acquired for the purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975, and shall vest in the New Zealand Fire Service Commission, on the 21st day of August 1986.
