Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block XV, Whakatane Survey District, Opotiki County

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the parts of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 110/245 subject to section 206 of the Land Act 1924 and mortgage No. 82519, 115830.1, 123690.1 and 128718.1.

Land in Christchurch City Acquired for Road and Road Diversion

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road diversion, and such road and road diversion shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the 21st day of August 1986.
