T2/442 Eastern Taxis Limited. Amend continuous Taxicab Service Licence 8875 by adding the following special condition: The licensee may carry unaccompanied general goods in conjunction with the service authorised when its cabs are hired for the express purpose of carrying an item or items of goods. For and on behalf of the hirer, when the hirer does not wish to accompany such goods, provided however:
(i) Charges for these hirings shall be in accordance with the scale of taxi charges as approved from time to time by the Secretary for Transport. (ii) Wherever practical goods must be carried in the closed luggage boot or the luggage compartment. (iii) Any one item of goods must not exceed 20 kilograms gross weight. (iv) Neither the licensee, nor the driver, nor any other person shall undertake any advertising or soliciting to encourage such hirings.
T2/443 Eastern Taxis Limited. Amend continuous Taxicab Service Licence 12411 by:
(i) Adding a special condition as per application T2/442 above.
(ii) Adding two public hire cab authorities to operate from within the Howick/Eastern Taxi area to any point within New Zealand.

P2/509 Howick and Eastern Buses Ltd. Amend Passenger Transport Service Licence 15666 by deleting special condition (c) and substituting the following special condition:
(c) The licensee is authorised to operate a scheduled timetable Service over the route Botany Road, Union Street, Cook Street, Picton Street, Bleakhouse Road, Gills Road, Casuarina Road, Pakuranga Road, Gossamer Drive. Reeves Road, Carbine Road, Panama Road, Mount Wellington Highway, Sylvia Park Road, Great South Road, Church Street, O'Rorke Road, Station Road, Maurice Road, Church Street and vice versa. Timetable—Depart Howick 6.32 a.m. and 7.44 a.m. Depart Penrose 4.33 p.m. and 5.03 p.m. (this is an extension of the existing trial period until 24 December 1986 with minor amendments to route and departure times).
G2/431 Woolston Agriculture Contractors Ltd. A new Goods Transport Service Licence with a special condition to exempt one motor vehicle from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 for the cartage of:
(a) Empty pallets where fresh meat has been carried on the inward Journey; Routes: Between Mocrewa and Auckland; Between Whangarei and Auckland: Between Rangiru and Auckland. (b) Frozen meat for ships stores, bacon, ham and butchers small goods. Route: Between southbound and/or westfield and Whangarei and/or Marsden Point.
No meat for export shall be carried on routes to and from Auckland and Whangarei and Marsden Point. All goods carried shall be restricted to the cartage of goods on behalf of Meat Distributors Ltd. only.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following school:
St Joseph's School, Rangiora
The said integration agreement came into effect on 1 August 1986. Copies of the integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at regional offices.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976. I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee on 27 June 1986 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Ngongotaha Motor Inn.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
Order varying hours of 21 June 1985 revoked. Hours varied as follows: Fixing the hours in all bars on New Year's Eve to open at 11 a.m. and close at 12 midnight. Fixing the hours of all bars on Christmas Eve to open at 11 a.m. and close at 11 p.m.
