Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Land Taken and Vested in Blocks X and XVI, Cape Campbell Survey District and Block IV, Whernside Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 15th day of April 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 April 1986, No. 58 at page 1657, declaring land to be road and land taken and vested by omitting the following:

“(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119(1), and declares that area shall be incorporated in certificate of title, Volume 44, folio 133, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 104057.2, 104057.4, 112601.1 and 124019.3, Marlborough Land Registry.”

and substituting the following:

“(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119(1), and declares that area shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 44, folio 133, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 104057.2, 104057.4, 112601.1 and 124019.3, Marlborough Land Registry.”

Declaring Land to be Road, and Road Stopped in Blocks V and VIII, Totoro Survey District, Waitomo District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waitomo District Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares that the areas marked “L”, “N”, and “P” on S.O. Plan 12113, “R” on S.O. Plan 12114, “Y” on S.O. Plan 12115, and “A” on S.O. Plan 12116 now known respectively as Sections 24 to 29 (inclusive), Block V, Totoro Survey District, shall, when so stopped, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 156, folio 122, subject to mortgages 224626, 2553932, 259499.2 and land improvement agreement 276896 Taranaki Land Registry;

(d) Pursuant to section 117, declares that the area marked “B” on S.O. Plan 12114, now known as Section 30, Block V, Totoro Survey District, shall, when so stopped, be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. DPF 320 recorded in Register Book No. D3/280 Taranaki Land Registry;

(e) Pursuant to section 117, declares that the area marked “V” on S.O. Plan 12114, now known as Section 23, Block VIII, Totoro Survey District, shall, when so stopped, be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. DPF 198 recorded in Register Book No. A3/830, Taranaki Land Registry.
