A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the General Assembly of New Zealand stands prorogued to the 26th day of February 1986:
Now, therefore, We hereby issue this Our Royal Proclamation and declare Our Royal Will and Pleasure that the said General Assembly shall be held in the Parliament House in the City of Wellington at 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday, the 26th day of February 1986, there to take into consideration the state and welfare of New Zealand and therein to do as may seem necessary: And the Members of Parliament elected to serve in the House of Representatives are hereby required and commanded to give their attendance accordingly on the said Wednesday, the 26th day of February 1986.
Given at Our Court at St. James and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of January 1986, in the thirty-fourth year of Our Reign.
