The Mangonui County Council, hereby gives notice of its intention to take for sewage purposes under the Public Works Act the following pieces of land:
Firstly: All that piece of land containing 1.2545 hectares, more particularly being the land shown as “A” on Plan No. S.O. 59376, lodged in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland and being part of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 24C, folio 895 (North Auckland Land Registry).
