B.W.H. Group Ltd. (in receivership) being the debenture holder pursuant to a deed of debenture entered into inter alia by B.W.H. Building, 9-11 Bond Street, Dunedin (P.O. Box 1245), to be receivers of B.W.H. Investments Ltd. with power to act in all matters either jointly or severally.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the undertaking of the company and all its property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and its called but unpaid capital.
