EXPLANATORY NOTE: This exemption notice provides for:
(a) the exemption of:
(i) portland cement other than white;
(ii) glass fibre braids and ornamental trimmings in the piece;
(iii) other glass fibre fabrics, other than quilted;
(iv) vessels for breaking up; and
(b) exemptions to meet our obligations under the ANZCERT Agreement.
Consent to the Distribution of New Medicines
Pursuant to section 20 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new medicines set out in the Schedule hereto:
