  2. The licensee shall keep a record of all petroleum products, save and except motor spirits (petrol) and gas oil, delivered in accordance with Condition 1, and this record shall be made available for inspection on request by any authorised officer of the Ministry of Transport or New Zealand Railways on reasonable notice.
