PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Mount Roskill Borough Council in trust as a recreation reserve.

Classification of Reserve

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Auckland City Council and Vesting in the Ngati Whatua of Orakei Maori Trust Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands cancels the vesting in the Auckland City Council, and further, vests the said reserve in the Ngati Whatua of Orakei Maori Trust Board, in trust as a local purpose (cemetery) reserve.
