Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977 subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a road reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Levin Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Wellington Hospital Board, Classification of a Reserve, and Vesting in the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated)

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Wellington Hospital Board, and classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (centre for the Intellectually Handicapped) reserve, and vests the said reserve in the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated).
