Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks IV and VIII, Hohonu Survey District, Grey County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Grey County Council for addition to the Arnold River Scenic Reserve pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be scenic reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
