PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and remain vested in the Wanganui City Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Wanganui City Council on the 31st day of July 1986.

Declaring Road to be Stopped and Added to Land Held for Electricity Purposes (Waikato Steam Power Station) in Block VI, Maramarua Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and

(b) Pursuant to section 117(7) declares the said stopped road, now known as Allotment 770, Whangamarino Parish, to be added to the adjoining land held for electricity purposes (Waikato steam power station) by proclamation 131107 South Auckland Land Registry (Gazette 1957, Volume III, page 1768).
