Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 (Additional Office Accommodation) in the Bruce County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of June 1986 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 12 June 1986, No. 89, page 2483, declaring land acquired under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 (additional office accommodation) in the Bruce County, by omitting all reference to the ‘Otago Land District’ and substituting it with reference to the ‘Southland District’ and also replacing the words ‘Bruce County’ with ‘Wallace County’ in the heading of the notice.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block III, Mid-Wakatipu Survey District, Lake County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Lake County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘A’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. B4/267.

(ii) The areas marked ‘B’ and ‘C’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 3A/836.
