Section 17: Method of Charging

17.4.1: Definition of Private and Lightweight Vehicles

Omit the final line of this clause and substitute "For 'T' registration vans and trucks and 'K' registration trailers".

17.4.3: Vehicles Eligible for 'Weekend Saver' Concessions

Omit the words "to standard" from the second line of this clause and substitute "for".

Omit the word "only" from the fourth line of the clause and substitute "of the same vehicle only".

Omit the final sentence of this clause and substitute—

"The 'Weekend Saver' is not available during the Christmas peak periods (Summer Season) or on public holidays: Weekend Savers sold for a weekend when seasons change shall be charged at the rate applicable for the outward journey."

Insert new clause 17.4.4: Family Summer Saver

This concession is only available to vehicles eligible for table A rates which are ticketed in conjunction with Family Summer Saver passenger fares.
