IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955, AND IN THE MATTER OF VIDRON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 28 Taupo Quay, Wanganui:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 22nd day of May 1986 presented to the said Court by FREDERICK HASLAM of 11 Pollock Street, Maori Hill, Dunedin, businessman; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wanganui on Monday, the 18th day of August 1986 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955, AND IN THE MATTER OF A DEBENTURE ISSUED BY DAVIS MEATS & DELICATESSEN LIMITED (hereinafter called “the company”) IN FAVOUR OF MARAC FINANCE LIMITED AND MARAC CORPORATION LIMITED (hereinafter together called “the debenture holder”):
WHEREAS the company (under its former name of DAVIS MEATS LIMITED) issued a debenture bearing date the 15th day of September 1983 (hereinafter called “the debenture”) in favour of the debenture holder to secure advances made by the debenture holder to the company and interest thereon and all other moneys mentioned therein owing by the company to the debenture holder.
And whereas a default under the debenture has been made by the company in that the company has become insolvent.
And whereas upon the said default being made the total moneys secured by the debenture have become immediately repayable in terms of the default provisions in the debenture.
Now therefore in pursuance of the powers conferred by the debenture the debenture holder doth hereby appoint RODERICK THOMAS MCKENZIE and JAMES GERARD JEFFERIES, both of Palmerston North, chartered accountants to be the receivers and managers of the property charged by the debenture with all and each of the powers conferred upon a receiver and manager under the provisions of the debenture and by law.
