Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the members of the company named above will be held on Thursday, the 14th day of August 1986 in the Boardroom, Touche Ross & Co., Le Cointre House, 291 Madras Street, Christchurch at 4.30 p.m.

A purpose of the meeting is to consider and if thought fit to pass the following special resolutions:

(b) That accordingly the present memorandum of association of the company is cancelled and the memorandum of association as attached to the original of the notice of annual general meeting is hereby adopted in its place as the memorandum of association of the company.”
