Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Educational
Purposes in the Borough of Masterton
PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart for educational purposes and shall
remain vested in the Crown.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated,
Road Stopped and Vested, Land Taken and Amalgamated and
Land Taken and Vested in Blocks II and III, Patoka Survey
District and Block XIV, Pohue Survey District, Hawke’s Bay
County
PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule to be road and vested in The Hawke’s Bay County Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:
(i) The area first described in the Fourth Schedule shall
be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 104/163
subject to Part XIII of the Land Act 1924, compensation
certificate 453613.1 and together with a right to an Air
Landing Strip in transfer 395173.1;
(ii) The areas second and thirdly described in the Fourth
Schedule shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay County Council;
(iii) The area fourthly described in the Fourth Schedule
shall vest in Leslie Derrick Lemmon of Puketitiri, tractor
mechanic;
(iv) The areas fifth, sixth, seventh and eightly described
in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land
in certificate of title G2/127 subject to section 36 (4) of the
Counties Amendment Act 1961, mortgage No. 96917 and
137892, statutory land charge K. 231177, and consent
certificate 414663.1;
(v) The areas ninth, tenth and eleventh described in the
Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land
in certificate of title E1/1382 subject to mortgage 371861.1;
(vi) The areas twelfth, thirteenth and fourteenth
described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title E1/1382 subject to
mortgage 117512 and right to convey water in transfer
231177 and consent certificate 414658.1;
(vii) The area fifteenth described in the Fourth Schedule
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
H2/31 subject to mortgage No. 96917, statutory land charge
231177 and consent certificate 414658.1;
(viii) The area sixteenth described in the Fourth
Schedule shall vest in Randall Terence Simcox of Puketitiri,
farmers (51/100th share) and Adrian Michael Telling
Simcox, farmer, Penelope Jill Simcox, married woman,
both of Puketitiri and John Stratton Goudie of Napier,
chartered accountant (jointly) (49/100th share) as tenants
in common in the said shares.
(c) Pursuant to section 119 declares the land described in the Third
Schedule to be taken, and declares that;
(i) The area first described in the Fifth Schedule shall
vest in Randall Terence Simcox of Puketitiri, farmer
(51/100th share) and Adrian Michael Telling Simcox,
farmers, Penelope Jill Simcox, married woman, both of
Puketitiri and John Stratton Goudie of Napier, chartered
accountant (jointly) (49/100th share) as tenants in common
in the said shares;
(ii) The areas second and thirdly described in the Fifth
Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate
of title G2/127 subject to section 36 (4) of the Counties
Amendment Act 1961, mortgage No. 96917, 137892,
statutory land charge K. 231177 and consent certificate
414663.1;
(iii) The areas fourth and fifthly described in the Fifth
Schedule shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay County Council.
