CORRIGENDUM

Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Road in the City of Whangarei

In the notice with the above heading dated 23 May 1986 and published in New Zealand Gazette of 29 May 1986, No. 84 at page 2334 for the date “19th day of May 1986” in the third line read “19th day of March 1986” and for the date “March 1986” in the fourth line read “26 March 1986”, which dates appear in the original notice signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At Wellington this 14th day of July 1986

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

Pursuant to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment made after consultation with the unions, associations, and organisations referred to in section 5 of that Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. Title—This order may be cited as Southland Enterprises (Incorporated), Invercargill Order 1986.

  2. Exemption—Southland Enterprises (Incorporated), Invercargill an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption in respect of its sheltered workshop at 8 Kinloch Street, Waikiwi, Invercargill from:

    (a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and

    (b) The Holidays Act 1981, the Minimum Wage Act 1945, and sections 10(2)(b) and 15 of the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981.

Exemption—The New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), Wellington West Coast Branch an organisation approved under the former name of the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped Wellington Branch by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption in respect of its sheltered workshop at 375 Adelaide Road, Wellington from:

    (a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in the workshop; and
