of SEVEN DAY CONCRETE LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at the offices of Messrs Ashton Wheelans
& Hegan, Chartered Accountants, 127 Armagh Street,
Christchurch and carrying on business as general concrete
contractors:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
above-named company by the High Court was, on the 17th day of
December 1985, presented to the said Court by WINSTONE (S.I.)
LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office
at Halswell Junction Road, Christchurch, and that the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on
the 12th day of February 1986 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and
any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support
or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear
at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose;
and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to
any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy
on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

WAIMEA COUNTY COUNCIL
SECTION 56, LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1974
NOTICE is given that the boundaries of the Wards of the Waimea
County have been altered. The boundaries of the Whangamoa
and Central Wards are as described below. The boundaries
of the Wai-iti Wangapeka, Motueka, Moutere, Murchison North
and Murchison South Wards remain unchanged. The Waimea East
Ward has been abolished.
WHANGAMOA WARD OF WAIMEA COUNTY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District situated in the Waimea
County bounded by a line commencing at a point on the low water
mark on the seaward side of the Boulder Bank in line with the
north-eastern boundary of part Section 16, District of Suburban
North comprised in certificate of title 2A/331 and being a point on
the north western boundary of the Whangamoa Riding as described
in Gazette, 1968, page 1660 and proceeding generally north-easterly,
southerly, south-westerly, westerly and northerly along the north-
western, eastern, south-eastern, southern and western boundaries of
the said riding to the westernmost corner of Section 8, Block IV,
Maungatapu Survey District; thence generally south-westerly along
the south-eastern side of a legal road to a point due south of the
southernmost corner of Section 70, Square 1; thence due north to
that point; thence generally north-westerly along the south-western
boundaries of part Section 70, Square 1, comprised in certificate of
title 4A/1388 and part Lot 1, D.P. 8823, comprised in certificate of
title 4C/617 to the south-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 9163;
thence generally northerly along the south-eastern and south-western
boundaries of the said Lot 2 and the south-western boundary of
Lot 1, D.P. 9163 to the south-eastern boundary of the Borough of
Richmond as described in Gazette, 1917, page 4194; thence generally
north-easterly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and north-
eastern boundaries of the said Borough of Richmond to the western
boundary of Block VII, Waimea Survey District; thence due north
along that boundary and the western boundary of Block III, Waimea
Survey District for 2012 metres; thence north-easterly along a right
line to a point on the sea coast, the said point being 8851 metres
on a bearing of 6° from O.P. XIII, D.P. 1689 and being a point on
the boundary of the City of Nelson as described in Gazette, 1968,
pages 1659 and 1660; thence generally southerly, easterly and
northerly along the western, southern and eastern boundaries of the
said City of Nelson to the point of commencement.
APPLEBY WARD OF THE WAIMEA COUNTY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District situated in the Waimea
County bounded by a line commencing at the southernmost corner
of Section 160, Block VI, Waimea Survey District, being the
westernmost corner of the Borough of Richmond and proceeding north-westerly along
the north-eastern side of the Richmond to Collingwood State Highway
to the westernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 4794, being a point on
the north-western boundary of the Appleby Riding as described in
Gazette, 1959, pages 1162 and 1163; thence generally south-westerly,
south-easterly, easterly and northerly along the north-western and
south-western boundaries of the said Appleby Riding and the
southern and eastern boundaries of the Waimea East Riding as
described in Gazette, 1959, page 1162 to the westernmost point of
Section 8, Block IV, Maungatapu Survey District, being a point on
the southern boundary of the Whangamoa Riding thereinbefore
described; thence generally westerly along that boundary to the south-
eastern boundary of the Borough of Richmond as described in
Gazette, 1917, page 4194; thence south-westerly and north-westerly
along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of the said
Borough to the point of commencement.
CENTRAL WARD OF THE WAIMEA COUNTY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District situated in the Waimea
County bounded by a line commencing at the southernmost corner
of Section 160, Block VI, Waimea Survey District, being the
westernmost corner of the Borough of Richmond as described in
Gazette, 1917, page 4194 and proceeding north-westerly along the
north-eastern side of the Richmond to Collingwood State Highway
to the westernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 4794, being a point on
the south-eastern boundary of the Central Riding as described in
Gazette, 1959, page 1163; thence generally south-westerly, north-
westerly, north-easterly and south-easterly along the south-eastern,
south-western, north-western and north-eastern boundaries of the
said Riding to the easternmost point of Section 3, Moutere Hills
District, Block II, Moutere Survey District and being a point on
the north-eastern boundary of the Waimea County as described in
Gazette, 1968, page 1660; thence south-easterly along that boundary
to a point on the sea coast being 8851 metres on a bearing of 6°
from O.P. XIII, D.P. 1689 and being a point on the boundary of
the Whangamoa Riding hereinbefore described thence south-westerly
and southerly along the north-western and western boundaries of
the Whangamoa Riding hereinbefore described to the north-eastern
boundary of the aforesaid Borough of Richmond thence north-
westerly and south-westerly along the north-eastern and north-
western boundaries of that borough to the point of commencement.
