Road and Stopped in Block IV, Wharepapa Survey District,
Otorohanga District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First
Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otorohanga
District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 124 and 116 declares the road described
in the Second Schedule hereto to be a Government road
and to be stopped.

PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Declared to be
Crown Land in Block IV, Ellesmere Survey District, Wairewa
County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development:

(i) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the functioning
indirectly of a road and shall vest in the Crown.

(ii) Pursuant to section 124 (2) declares the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto to be a Government road,

(iii) Pursuant to section 116 declares the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,

(iv) Pursuant to sections 117 (2) and 42 (3) declares the land
described in the first and second schedules hereto to be
Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

FIRST SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1408 square metres, situated in
Block IV, Ellesmere Survey District, being part Section 1, Reserve
680; shown on S.O. Plan 7073, lodged in the office of the Chief
Surveyor at Christchurch.

SECOND SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 2804 square metres, situated in
Block IV, Ellesmere Survey District adjoining or passing through
Reserve 4985, part Section 1, Reserve 680, and part R.S. 23460;
shown coloured green on S.O. Plan 7073, lodged in the office of
the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block VII, Drury
Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road firstly
and secondly described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in D.C.
Wallace (Karaka) Limited subject to memoranda of mortgage
No. 896735.2 and B. 128871.1, North Auckland Land Registry, and
the stopped road thirdly described in the Schedule hereto to be
vested in Maurice Neale Rice of Papakura, solicitor and Reginald
Wood of Karaka, farmer as executors.
