NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Rotorua Co-operative Milk Producers Company Ltd. held on Monday, the 30th day of June 1986, the following special resolutions were passed:

1. “That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

2. “That Andrew Marutuehu Kusabs of Rotorua, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.”

3. “That the remuneration of the liquidator shall be the normal charges for such work by Messrs Touche Ross and Company, Chartered Accountants of Rotorua”.
