Pukehangi Road: from a point 200 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said road from Malfroy Road to Blomfield Street and from Clayton Road to a point 300 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said road from Paul Street.

Sala Street: from No. 30 State Highway (Te Ngae Road via Atiamuri) to a point 800 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said street from Tryon Street.

The Traffic (Grey County) Notice No. 1, 1986

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport,

  1. Carne Mauriece Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Grey County) Notice No. 1, 1986.

The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The notice titled “Declaring Areas to be Closely Populated Localities for the Purposes of the Motor Vehicle Amendment Act 1936. Section 3” dated the 23rd day of December 1937, issued pursuant to section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936 is revoked.

Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 14) 1986

PURSUANT to section 143 of the Customs Act 1966, the Comptroller of Customs, in accordance with the power delegated to him by the Minister of Customs under section 9 of that Act, hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. Short title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 14) 1986.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 21st day of July 1986.

  1. Exchange rates—Where under any provisions of the Customs Act 1966 any amount which is required to be taken into account for the purpose of assessing duty or any other purpose is not an amount in New Zealand currency, the amount to be so taken into account shall be the equivalent in New Zealand currency of that amount ascertained in accordance with the rate of exchange set out in the Schedule to this notice.

  2. Revocation—The Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 13) 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 98, dated 26 June 1986, on page 2722 is hereby revoked.
