Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped
and Land Taken and Vested in Block X, Mangāhao
Survey District, Pahiatua County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
3rd day of March 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette
of 6 March 1986, No. 33 at page 1003 declaring land to be road,
road stopped and vested and land taken and vested by omitting
the following from the preamble:

“(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of
road described in the Seventh Schedule hereto, to be stopped
and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated
in certificate of title, Volume 80, folio 42 subject to
memorandum of mortgage No. 615734.1 and Statutory Land
Charge No. 116002.1 Wellington Land Registry.”
