(2) That the said company has ceased to operate and has discharged all its debts and liabilities (other than those owed to its members).
(3) That the notice required by section 335A (3) has been given in accordance with that section.
and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957.
