NOTICE OF MEETING OF CREDITORS WHERE WINDING-UP RESOLUTION PASSED BY ENTRY IN MINUTE BOOK UNDER SECTION 362

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of THE PARKER GALLERY LTD.

Notice is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 20th day of December 1985 passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the offices of Parker, Collins and Peters, 59 High Street, Blenheim on Tuesday the 7th day of January 1986 at 2 p.m.

Business:

1. Consideration of a statement of the company’s affairs and a list of creditors etc.

2. Nomination of a liquidator.

3. Appointment of a committee of inspection if thought fit. Forms of general and special proxies are enclosed herewith.

NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS

Pursuant to Section 346 (1)

The Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that on the 16th day of December 1985, he appointed Grant Logan Smith and his deputy Warwick George Bray, both Chartered Accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Hanning Smith Bray & Cormack, Chartered Accountants, 6 Redan Street, Kaitaia, as receivers of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 12th day of June 1981.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking, property and assets charged under the said debenture given by the company to the Maori Trustee.
