Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae, dining hall, meeting place and village site for the common use and benefit of Ngati Patene and Ngati Haimona.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Block VII, Rotoiti Survey District and described as follows:

Area m² Being
2655 Otaramarae 4A Section 4 Block, and being all the land contained in partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 18 April 1957.

Dated at Wellington this 13th day of December 1985.
