Reservation of Land

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of Land Administration of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall Be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Marlborough County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

3528 square metres, more or less, being Lot 27, D.P. 1216, Block XV, Cloudy Bay Survey District. Subsection 5 of section 16 of the Land Act 1924 and all Gazette notice 113755 (New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 1386).

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Declaration That Private Land Shall Be Protected Private Land and Issue of a Fresh Notice

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and by reason of an error made in the notice hereinafter described, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice declaring private land to be protected private land dated the 2nd day of July 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 July 1985, No. 132, page 3057 and hereby issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Declaration that Private Land Shall be Protected Private Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby declares that the private land, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be protected private land for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Vesting a Reserve in the Inangahua County Council
